SEO tools that respect your time — and your data

SeoSpidie started from a simple frustration: most "free" SEO tools ask for an email, cap your scans, or hide the useful part behind a paywall. We wanted something you could open, use immediately, and trust.

Most tools on this site run entirely in your own browser, so what you paste or type never leaves your device. Tools that read other websites — the audit, crawlers, link and feed checkers — fetch only those public pages through our server, then build your report in your browser. We don't keep your reports, and you never need an account.

We built the audit around the signals that consistently matter: clear titles and descriptions, one purposeful H1, fast and mobile-friendly pages, structured content, working HTTPS, and shareable social previews. It won't replace a full technical crawl of a 10,000-page site, but it will tell you, honestly and immediately, what to fix first.

What we check

On-page SEO (titles, descriptions, headings, alt text, canonicals), content quality (word count, readability), technical health (HTTPS, structured data, indexability), mobile readiness, performance proxies (page weight, render-blocking scripts) and social sharing tags.

What we don't do

We don't create accounts, store your reports or sell data. Audits are free and unlimited for normal use — there are only fair-use limits to stop automated abuse. Our server simply fetches public pages for the tools and keeps a short technical log of crawls; your reports are built in your browser.

About our crawler (SeoSpidie)

If you found SeoSpidie/1.0 in your server logs: that’s us. Our server visits a website only when someone uses one of our tools on it — for example to audit a page, build a sitemap or RSS feed, or create a product feed. We don’t crawl the web on our own, and we never log in, fill in forms or try to get past bot protection or CAPTCHAs.

  • Multi-page crawls follow your robots.txt, including Crawl-delay.
  • We read at most 4 pages of a site at a time, and at most 500 pages per request.
  • A single page that a visitor asks us to audit is fetched like a normal browser visit (with at most a couple of polite retries if your server is busy).

To keep SeoSpidie out of all or part of your site, add a group for it to your robots.txt, for example:

User-agent: SeoSpidie
Disallow: /
